Want to add some cool features to IE?  Click here for some freebie add-ons from Microsoft.  I especially like the Toolbar Wallpaper and the Web  Accessories

Some web sites have a lot of info in them and require that you do a lot of scrolling (like mine .... LOL), so the site is more readable if you display it full screen.  With Internet Explorer, this is easy to do ..... just hit the F11 key on your keyboard (try it now) and you will  see how much more you can see.  To get back to regular view, just hit the F11 key again.

Did you set up the Content Advisor and now you have forgotten your password and can't get in?  Click here.

Did you ever want to go back to a site you visited previously and forgot to save in your Favorites? Well, you can click the dropdown arrow at the end of your Address (URL) box but, depending on your settings, it may no longer be visible there.   Click Ctrl-H to open the History list. In here is the full list of all the sites in your history since you last cleared it.  You can either scroll down thru the list or use the search button to search for it.  There's also a View button where you can choose to view the list by site name, by date visited, by most visited, or by most visited today.  This can be real helpful when you have an idea WHEN you visited the site, but can't remember the exact name or web address.

Tired of typing long URL's into your address bar?  Here's a little shortcut ..... just type the name of the site (for example, Microsoft), then hold down your control key and hit enter.  IE will automatically add the http:// and the www. before the name and the .com at the end.   Pretty slick, huh?

Having problems with IE and want to go back to a previous version?  Or need an update or a patch?  Get everything you need for IE versions 4.01 to 6.0 HERE

Did you download a free ISP and now IE's title bar says "Internet Explorer Provided by <blah blah blah>"?  Wanna get rid of it? Click here

Want to test the speed and performance of your browser?  Check out Browser Tune.

And here's a great collection of OE tips and tutorials from Martha's Web

Want to get rid of those pesky ">'s" and "<'s" in your emails?  Here's a great little utility that you can run from the internet without downloading or installing anything into your computer.  It's Mr. Ed's E-Mail Stripper and it does the job effortlessly.  I recommend this one highly for those who don't have a word processor installed on their computer or don't want to mess around with the find/replace feature.  Thanks, Mr. Ed!!
