Testimonials from my site visitors

How I spent my Saturday afternoon....

I have been saving all the really nice emails I get from folks when my website helps them with a problem. Generally, once I've collected a few, I add them to my Testimonials page, but yesterday I noticed I hadn't updated this page since June of 2006!

So, I spent the whole day today updating it ... man, people are so damn nice!!

Background Processes

Background Processes

Uniblue's Process Library has updated their free process scanner and I think it works really well ... and yes, it's totally FREE ... not something you click then have to pay for. Once you click the above link for my Background Processes page, click the link for the New and Improved Process Scanner and you will be taken to the Process Scanner page ... just click the green button that says Instant Process Scan ... when the scan is done, you will see a list of all of the processes that are running in the background on (and possibly slowing down) your computer ... click on any name and you will be shown a description of what the process is and does and whether you can turn it off or not. This is very cool, in my opinion!
