Because of all the recent scares about security, I decided to make this one to remind you about the stuff that can get into your computer when you aren't watching. I think it's kinda cute and funny. (Just download it to your computer, unzip it, then double click the exe file to install it. If you no longer want it, you can uninstall it from your control panel.) FREE PET LOVERS SCREENSAVER Here's one I made with SWISHpix. It's a free screensaver (no ads, etc.) If you are an animal lover, you may like it. Download it by clicking here. Just unzip it and extract the scr file to the location in your operating system where you store screensaver files (search your hard drive for *.scr if you want to know where that is). Then go into your display properties>Screensaver tab, and select ABC Pets as your screensaver. Enjoy! Vic's ROT-13 Convertor ... This one is great if you need a quick translation to or from ROT-13 encryption. Just plug the text in one box and see the conversion in the other. Good for simple encryption. Vic's Taskbar Hider ...(from Vic: This is a simple freebie I created that allows you to hide the taskbar in all versions of Windows. No-brainer to use, only 20 kb, and self contained - nothing to install. Just double click the icon and you'll see two buttons - Hide Taskbar and Show Taskbar. Here's a cool free one.....It's called Windows Errors and it allows you to look up the generic Windows error numbers to see what they mean. It works with ALL versions of Windows. I like this one!
